• Not a Licensed Architectural or Engineering Firm: Focil LLC is an interior design and architectural drafting company. Focil LLC is NOT a registered architectural firm, engineering firm, or licensed general contractor in the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction.
• Educational Credentials Only: Academic degrees held by Focil LLC team members (including graduate degrees in architecture or interior design) represent educational achievements only and do not constitute professional architectural or engineering licenses, registrations, or seals.
• Non-Stamped Plans: Drawings, space plans, CAD drafts, renderings, and schematics produced by Focil LLC are preliminary design concept deliverables intended strictly for spatial visualization, interior decoration, and planning.
• Permits & Engineering: Focil LLC does not issue stamped construction documents or perform structural/MEP engineering required for municipal permits. The client is solely responsible for hiring licensed engineers or registered architects when structural calculations or sealed permit documents are required by local authorities.

3. Limited Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view or download one copy of the materials (data, design portfolio images, or drafting samples) on Focil LLC’s Website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
