1. Non Professional Architectural or Engineering Services

• Not an Architectural or Engineering Firm: Focil LLC is an interior design and spatial drafting company. Focil LLC is NOT a registered architectural firm, engineering firm, or licensed general contractor in the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction.
• Educational Credentials Only: Any degrees, academic titles, or professional qualifications held by Focil LLC team members (including graduate degrees in architecture or interior design) reflect educational backgrounds only and do not constitute active architectural, structural, or engineering licenses, registrations, or professional seals.
• Non-Stamped Plans & Deliverables: All drawings, CAD models, spatial renderings, specifications, and conceptual plans produced by Focil LLC are preliminary design deliverables intended exclusively for interior decoration, layout planning, material selection, and general concept visualization. They do not constitute stamped, certified, or sealed construction documents.

2. Permits, Structural Changes & Engineering Requirements

Focil LLC does not provide structural engineering, load-bearing calculations, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering, or stamped drawings required for municipal building permits.

• It is the sole responsibility of the client (“Client”) to engage licensed professional engineers, registered architects, or licensed general contractors whenever structural alterations, building permit filings, or sealed construction documents are required by local codes, municipal building departments, or governing authorities.
• Focil LLC shall not be held liable for any decisions made, permits denied, or structural modifications undertaken without prior review, approval, and stamping by a licensed architect or structural engineer.

3. Vendor, Contractor & Third-Party Performance

Focil LLC may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, craftspeople, and trade contractors. However:

• Third-party contractors and vendors are independent entities and are not employees or agents of Focil LLC.
• Focil LLC does not guarantee or warrant the workmanship, product availability, structural integrity, delivery timelines, or pricing provided by independent third parties.
• Any reliance you place on information, products, or services provided by third-party contractors or vendors is strictly at your own risk.

4. “As Is” Portfolio & Site Content

All project portfolios, blog posts, images, and content displayed on www.focildesign.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Focil LLC does not warrant that product availability, trade pricing, or design materials shown online will remain accessible or unchanged.
